My name is Louisa, and I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Massage Therapist in the heart in East Sussex.

 

During appointments, I will be asking you personal questions regarding your health, lifestyle, hobbies, strengths, weaknesses (and so on) as this is an integral part of my client assessment to gain information about how you are using your body and any pain you might be experiencing.
