Upon Purchase:

Louisa will email you a digital PDF gift voucher (similar to the one pictured above) with a unique code. You can then forward this on to the lucky recipient, or you can print it out and give it to them in person.

To Redeem:

1. The recipient simply reserves their preferred day/time via the online booking system on Louisa's website

2. The recipient will then need to contact Louisa (louisasportsmassage@gmail.com) so that she can verify the

individual voucher code, and confirm the appointment

 

Terms:

Louisa's vouchers don't have an expiry date. They are yours to keep and use when you need them.
